Whilst businesses spend huge amounts of money thinking about their overall core purpose and strategy, they too often fail to build a vision for how to improve the power of insight to deliver real competitive advantage.
Our solution
We work with research and marketing teams in workshops to build a vision for how insight should work in the business. Together we crystallise what great insight should deliver and critically we agree the personality, values and behaviours that should lie behind the offer. With this in place, it's easier to make the important decisions about the work programme needed and the right people to deliver it.
