I started my career in market research in 1991, spending eight years with Market Trends and Pegram Walters Associates. In 1999 I joined the brand-strategy consultancy Added Value, where I progressed to Director, heading the UK quantitative team, and developing the segmentation offer. I specialised in international segmentations and portfolio planning across a range of sectors, while leading the company's relationships with PepsiCo and Hewlett Packard.
I joined Insight Inside in 2009, where I have continued my specialism in applying segmentation to brand-planning. I am also a highly experienced facilitator and qualitative researcher.
